Just earlier today we got a slew of pictures from Matthew Vaughn‘s (KICK-ASS, X-MEN: FIRST CLASS) upcoming feature, KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE. While we got some nifty shots of Colin Firth in a suit and Sam Jackson’s beautiful self, that was just foreplay in comparison to the first trailer, available for your viewing pleasure now!

Check out the umbrella action here:

Matthew Vaughn definitely has a style applied to any film he touches. As recently proved with the lackluster sequel to KICK-ASS, there’s a balance between humor, action, and your characters that Vaughn seems to be very conscious of. Taking a look at the cast assembled here, I look forward to the Firth getting his action kicks and Samuel L. Jackson . . . well, Jackson can do what he damn well pleases and I’ll enjoy it.

KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE, starring Colin Firth, Samuel L. Jackson, Mark Strong, Michael Caine, Jack Davenport, and Sofia Boutella, will service our theaters on October 24, 2014.
