The Channel 4 News Team is BACK, San Diego!

For those anxiously awaiting a peek at the sequel to ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND OF RON BURGUNDY, the wait is finally over. Today, we have the first trailer for the sequel, which drops our favorite characters Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), and Champ Kind (David Koechner) smack dab in the middle of the Reagen era. Sporting all the humorous flair and spirit of the original, the team is joined by newcomers Harrison Ford, James Marsden, Jim Carrey, Kristen Wiig, John C. Reilly, Sacha Baron Cohen, Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst, Meagan Good, and Liam Neeson (not to mention returning castmates Christina Applegate and Vince Vaughn). Talk about a stacked cast!

Everyone come see how good this looks!:

I’m no wolverine, but I’m purring right now. The first ANCHORMAN is one of my all-time favorite comedies, not to mention one of the most quotable. It’s a rare moment that I get tired of using my “Ron Burgundy voice,” especially during job interviews and drive-thru’s. It’s going to be one jolly-ass Christmas with this in the pipeline.

ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND CONTINUES, uh, continues on December 20, 2013.
