That’s right folks, the picture seen
above is the first still released from the horror flick VACANCY starring Luke
Wilson and Kate Beckinsale. And from the picture I’ve concluded that they are
utterly frightened from walking into a room that’s playing a rerun of…Caroline
in the City! AHHHHHHH!
Actually I have no idea what the picture is supposed to be showing, what I do
know is this: The film is about a young couple who become stranded in a desolate
hotel, and slowly begin to realize that their being videotaped by secret
cameras. Even worse, those cameras are actually taping them in a snuff film, and
they must attempt to escape before the film hits it’s “climax”!
It’s sort of strange because I just can never take Wilson seriously outside of
comedic roles, but I’m hoping that he’ll prove me wrong in this one. VACANCY is
set to hit theatres on April 20th.
