A press conference for SCREAM 4 took place on Wednesday, with stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox (below) and David Arquette and director Wes Craven fielding questions from media outlets. It wasn’t supposed to be filmed, but footage has already found its way online. Check out a 15-minute video of the conference below.

SCREAM 4 also features Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Adam Brody, Alison Brie, Anthony Anderson, Nico Tortorella, Marielle Jaffe, Rory Culkin, Erik Knudsen, Marley Shelton, Mary McDonnell, Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell. The film hits theaters on April 15th.

Sidney Prescott, now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey and Gale, who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill and her Aunt Kate. Unfortunately Sidney’s appearance also brings about the return of Ghostface, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends, and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger.
