Each clip from James Gunn‘s GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY has been full of as much humor as it has action which lends a great deal of confidence that the movie is going to be one fun ride when it opens in a few days. Now, just before the film opens everywhere, we have a new clip that continues that great trend.

In the clip, Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana’s characters of Peter Quill and Gamora discuss the benefits of dancing. To illustrate his point, child of the 80s Quill references the Earth legend of FOOTLOOSE starring Kevin Bacon. What follows is a pretty funny exchange that also analyzes the torture of sticks up people’s butts.

Based on Marvel’s confidence in already announcing GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 2 for 2017, these clips are looking to be an appetizer for one enjoyable main course. Here’s hoping all of the buzz surrounding the full appearance of Thanos in the film will be a nice dessert.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY opens this Friday.
