Here’s a few images from The Dark Knight Rises to brighten your day

A few new images from THE DARK KNIGHT RISES have found their way online, giving us a look at the three main players, Batman, Catwoman, and Bane.  Tom Hardy is looking sufficiently psycho in the Bane image, while Anne Hathaway looks exceptionally sexy as she cocks a pistol.  Christian Bale, well…he looks like Batman, which is good enough. 

We seem to get really wrapped up in imagery of the villains for films like this, but it would be nice to see some images of the titular hero that aren’t your standard just standing around.  We’ve seen very little of Batman in action, aside from the artwork for the film, so I’m a little underwhelmed with the lack of caped crusader imagery (although the skyline shot in the recent trailer was pretty sweet).
