I don't know if the thought of HEROES-star Milo Ventimiglia, and/or Iceman aka Shawn Ashmore, starring in a horror movie together snags your interest, but mine was immediately piqued once I heard STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION's Jonathan Frakes was in IFC Midnight's new film!
The movie in question is called DEVIL'S GATE and along with Frakes, Ventimiglia, and Ashmore, the film co-stars Amanda Schull of 12 MONKEYS. And today we have the official poster and trailer for the film directed by Clay Staub and you can check out both of them below!

DEVIL'S GATE synopsis:
What unholy force lies locked away in a crumbling, booby-trapped, middle-of-nowhere farmhouse? When a woman and her son mysteriously vanish, FBI agent Daria Francis (Amanda Schull) is dispatched to the small town of Devil’s Gate, North Dakota to investigate the number one suspect: religious fanatic Jackson Pritchard (Milo Ventimiglia), husband and father of the missing persons. But when Francis and local deputy Colt (Shawn Ashmore) arrive at Pritchard’s foreboding property, they discover much more than they bargained for lurking in the basement. Unfolding over the course of 24 delirious hours, this head-spinning sci-fi creature feature hits viewers with a bonkers blitzkrieg of genre-bending twists and turns.
The film is directed by Clay Staub and stars Milo Ventimiglia (HEROES), Shawn Ashmore (FROZEN), Amanda Schull (12 MONKEYS), and Jonathan Frakes (STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION).
