Leatherface image wants you to follow

Last week, Instagram images uploaded by producer Christa Campbell and some of the actors tipped us off to the fact that the TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE prequel LEATHERFACE was undergoing some additional photography in Bulgaria in mid-May. Since our article on those pictures was posted, Campbell has uploaded another LEATHERFACE image to assure fans that the film is "coming soon!"

You can see the image below, and it's quite an interesting one, a shot of a little boy with a message written on his back. Written in blood? Whoever wrote it isn't so good at spelling. No, it doesn't say "Fold me", that wouldn't make any sense. It's "Follow me", but with follow spelled "folo".

Who is this kid and who does he want to follow him? We'll have to wait and see.

Directed by Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury from a screenplay by Seth M. Sherwood, LEATHERFACE shows what happens when

a young nurse is kidnapped by a group of violent teens who escape from a mental hospital and take her on a road trip from hell. Pursued by an equally deranged lawman out for revenge, one of these teens is destined for tragedy and horrors that will destroy his mind, molding him into the monster we now call Leatherface.

Sam Strike, Vanessa Grasse, Jessica Madsen, James Bloor, Sam Coleman, Jessica Madsen, Lilli Taylor, Stephen Dorff, and Finn Jones star.

Lionsgate will be releasing LEATHERFACE, but a release date has yet to be announced.
