May 15 2015. I know where my ass will be planted. I'll be seated in the theater with a big bowl of popcorn, a cold drink in my hand, rocking my THE ROAD WARRIOR T-shirt, and grinning from ear to ear as George Miller's MAD MAX: FURY ROAD plays on the big screen in front of me. I'm a huge MAD MAX fan (as are many of you, I suspect) so FURY ROAD is easily one of my most anticipated films of 2015.
We haven't seen much from MAD MAX: FURY ROAD save for some images from the set of some of the vehicles and a couple of pics of Max himself (played by Tom Hardy), but peeks at the film have been few and far between. Today we have another look at Hardy as Max Rockatansky and while it's not much, it's enough to keep my excitement for this film flowing.
The film, which follows Max (Tom Hardy) as he encounters a war rig manned by Imperator Furiosa (Charlize Theron) and her posse, boasts a large ensemble cast that includes Hardy as the titular Max along with Nicholas Hoult, Hugh Keays-Byrne, Nathan Jones, Zoe Kravitz, Riley Keough, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Courtney Eaton, Josh Helman, Jennifer Hagan, iOTA, John Howard, Richard Carter, Megan Gale, Angus Sampson, Joy Smithers, Gillian Jones, Melissa Jaffer and Melita Jurisic.
