New Oldboy poster carries a hammer

Over the last few days we've seen some seriously badass posters as the Halloween season rolls in. And then there was this OLDBOY poster… I'm not saying it's bad or anything, it's just boring. Boring as shit. But hey, art's art right? The latest poster gives us a look at Josh Brolin carrying the all important hammer because no one f*cks with a dude who brings a hammer to a fight! OLDBOY is a provocative, visceral thriller that follows the story of an advertising executive (Josh Brolin) who is abruptly kidnapped and held hostage for 20 years in solitary confinement. When he is inexplicably released, he embarks on an obsessive mission to discover who orchestrated his bizarre and torturous punishment only to find he is still trapped in a web of conspiracy and torment.

OLDBOY will star Josh Brolin, Elizabeth Olsen, Sharlto Copley, Samuel Jackson, Bruce Hornsby, and James Ransone and was directed by Spike Lee from a script by Mark Protosevich. The film was produced by Roy Lee, Doug Davison, and Nathan Kahane. Look for it in theaters on November 27, 2013.
