Well folks Adam Gierasch is at it again. The director of the surprisingly entertaining NIGHT OF THE DEMONS remake has lined up his next project. According to the guys over at Bloody-Disgusting it’s a dark thriller called SCHISM.
Described as being in the vein of JACOB’S LADDER, SCHISM comes from a script by Gierasch (right) and long-time writing partner Jace Anderson. It’s coming our way from Dark Arts and Seven Arts. Check out the rundown:
The film follows “Dylan White” who works as a cook in Baton Rouge. He is also in a solid relationship with his girlfriend “Brandy”. Things are great until strange events prompt him to seek out the truth about himself — following clues, Dylan discovers a dark past in New Orleans. Can he right his past wrongs and find redemption for his sins?
SCHISM is set to start filming on Super 16 in New Orleans starting next month.
