Here’s something pretty interesting coming from The Hollywood Reporter. A supernatural action flick taking place in a cozy little place called Hell. Yup. Looks like Paramount are bringing us on an adventure through Hell. Awesome… I haven’t been there since last Summer! I hear they’ve added a lot of attractions.
I’m talking about a little film called HELLIFIED. HELLIFIED is a spec script from Andy Burg and will be a supernatural action movie involving a journey to hell. That’s all we’ve got so far but that should be enough! Is your interest peaked? Dan Bradley will be directing. Now is it peaked? Hmm… Well Bradley’s only other directing credit is the upcoming RED DAWN remake but he’s worked on stunts for a countless number of action/horror flicks. I’m talking flicks like CASINO, DONNIE DARKO, JOY RIDE, a couple FROM DUSK TILL DAWN flicks, 3 NINJAS KNUCKLE UP, CRANK, and a couple flicks about a guy named Jason Bourne. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Bradley’s stunts credits. Now are you intrigued? I thought so. I mean the man has worked on a 3 NINJAS film! I’m sold. I’m seriously sold though… and not because the 3 NINJAS flick.
Lorenzo di Bonaventura will be producing HELLIFIED, which sold for six figures and marks Burg’s return to Hollywood. The screenwriter is known more as a family/comedy man and has actually been away from the business for a few years tackling the internet craze… but it seems he’s back! That’s all we’ve got on HELLIFIED but keep it here as we eagerly await more on this potentially devilish adventure flick!
