Close Calls Richard Stringham Jordan Phipps

Writer/director Richard Stringham's horror film CLOSE CALLS has had my attention ever since I saw the teaser trailer back in December of 2016, so I'm very glad to hear that Terror Films has acquired the distribution rights. As of today, CLOSE CALLS is available for viewing on multiple digital and VOD platforms, including Amazon Instant Video, Vudu, Google Play, and Steam.

Stringham has described CLOSE CALLS as being "psychological horror mixed with a bit of slasher suspense, psychedelic terror, and a hint of supernatural undertones." It stars Jordan Phipps as

Morgan MacKenzie, a troubled teen with a checkered past, who finds herself grounded by her father. Bored and left alone to deal with her ailing and crazy grandmother, Morgan soon becomes the target of a psycho caller. As the night gets weirder, paranoia begins to set in and Morgan is forced to face some of her worst fears and inner demons as she starts to believe that everyone she knows is either plotting against her or trying to kill her.

Also in the cast are Janis Duley, Joseph Melero, Kristof Waltermire, Star McCann, Carmen Patterson, Greg Fallon, and Alix Kruntorad.

The poster and trailer Terror Films has released for CLOSE CALLS can be seen below. Check them out and see if this looks like a movie you'd be interested in. I'm planning to watch it as soon as possible.
