Zachary Quinto producing drugs-gone-bad horror flick The Banshee Chapter

So what do you guys think of Zachary Quinto? The man is a talented actor, no doubt about that. And his career is only starting! But I’m not here today to talk about Quinto’s acting career.. but rather his producing one! That’s right folks, Quinto actually has a producing company called Before the Door Pictures. Interesting little tidbit, no?

The kicker here is that, according to Variety, Behind the Door Pictures are partnering with Sunchaser Entertainment and producer Christian Arnold-Beutel to bring us a little genre gem called THE BANSHEE CHAPTER. Sunchaser Entertainment’s Stephanie Riggs and Behind The Door’s Corey Moosa are producing this thing with Arnold-Beutel and Behind The Door’s Quinto, Neal Dodson and Sean Akers all signed on to executive produce.

Story focuses on a female journalist who follows the mysterious trail of a missing friend who had been experimenting with mind-altering chemicals developed in secret government drug tests.

Hmm… I don’t know guys, this is sounding pretty generic. I mean… what’s the hook? Hopefully there is one.

Pre-production on THE BANSHEE PROJECT has kicked off in New Mexico with plans already set to start filming later this month. That means we should be getting updates on this little shindig sooner rather than later so check back soon for more!
