It seemed like the Farrelly brothers attempt to revive the Three Stooges might have been dead in the water, but after a host of cast changes they finally settled on their Larry, Moe and Curly. That would be Sean Hayes, Chris Diamantopoulos and Will Sasso respectively and you can see their antics in this debut trailer.
They’re going full slapstick in true Stooges tradition, and I have to say, the three actor’s impressions of their respective characters are pretty accurate. Whether that translates into a worthwhile film is another matter, and I don’t know how a movie that’s 100% slapstick will play with today’s audiences. Things were going pretty well until a certain….person showed up at the end, sigh.
