Interview: Chad Stahelski and our Final John Wick: Chapter 4 Extended Discussion

Last Updated on April 28, 2023

The John Wick franchise brings this viewer great happiness. And yes, if you’ve been reading anything about the latest feature here, John Wick: Chapter 4 absolutely slayed me. I absolutely love everything about this film. And that feeling began with the first film. I was lucky enough to catch the 2014 original early, and I was an instant fan. My appreciation for everything that goes into these movies has grown with every chapter.

With the fourth film, I’m really grateful and appreciative of Chad Stahelski. This talented fellow has crafted something special with these films. Having the time to chat with the director has been an honor and a joy. Especially having the chance to hear from him pre and post release. In our final chat about the fourth chapter, Chad discussed a number of things. The subjects included what his involvement in other projects like Ballerina and The Continental might be. As well as will we see more of Donnie Yen. Suffice it to say, there are a few spoilers, being that this is post release.

One of my favorite moments in the interview is the very beginning. I gave Chad a bit of praise for continuing our discussion, and he turned it into a very fascinating take on being a director. Mr. Stahelski is a very intelligent and versatile fellow, and it has been incredible getting to deep dive into the new film.

If you haven’t already – and this may be clear by now – I highly recommend you check out John Wick: Chapter 4 in theatres. Check out another extended interview with did with Stahelski here!
