James Gunn directs David Hasselhoff music video for Guardians DVD

One of the most iconic aspects of James Gunn's GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY series is its emphasis on music – especially cheesy 70s and 80s pop hits. So it makes sense that when given the opportunity to create an original song for the GUARDIANS soundtrack, they'd go for someone one who was a cheesy popular guy in the 70-80s, The Hoff himself, David Hasselhoff. Alongside The Sneepers, Hasselhoff gave us this wonderfully deranged ditty:

Anyway, it appears that James Gunn has directed a music video for the song that will show up on the GUARDIANS' DVD extra. Here's the announcement below:

Meanwhile, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, VOL. 2 will hit DVD/Blu Ray August 22nd.
