Keanu Reeves: Top 10 Films

Last Updated on April 3, 2022

Everyone has their favourite Keanu Reeves film. For some (well, ok, most people), it’s The Matrix, but others probably put Point Break, Speed, John Wick, Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure or even The Devil’s Advocate at the top of their lists. So here on JoBlo Videos, we wanted to continue celebrating Keanu Reeves Week with our own top 10, which contain all the classics, plus a few unconventional choices we hope you’ll dig. To note, we focused on movies where Keanu is the star, so supporting roles in films like Bram Stoker’s Dracula do not apply.

One thing to note: Keanu Reeves has had a pretty incredible run. He’s arguably been a full-fledged movie star since at least 1989 (upon the release of Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure). While he hit a few low points (Johnny Mnemonic, 47 Ronin, and some of his near DTV movies like Replicas and Siberia), for the most part, his stature has never really diminished over the years. At fifty-seven, he’s arguably more famous than he’s ever been, with both a fourth John Wick movie being shot and a new Matrix sequel (The Matrix Resurrections) in the can. It’s an excellent time to be a fan of Keanu’s!
