Well TERMINATOR: SALVATION has come and gone. Christian Bale’s on-set eruptions, the badass trailers and the gorgeous Moon Bloodgood (below) are all a thing of the past now… but let’s not forget that movie was the start of a brand new trilogy! SALVATION was met with a mixed reaction from the general public but that mixed reaction was more than enough to warrent a green light for the sequel it seems! McG is already hard at work on TERMINATOR 5!
I know it’s something you may not want to hear… but it’s true. IESB recently caught up with McG and pulled some TERMINATOR 5 details out of him, according to the director these are the first bits about TERMINATOR 5 he’s made public! Here’s a bit from the short interview in regards to McG jumping right back into the TERMINATOR universe and not taking time off:
“So, for me, it’s terribly exciting to get back out there and show a different face of that idea, and perhaps get out of the apocalyptic world and into a contemporary world. I think the audience is going to be very excited about our way in.”
McG also states how he’s prepping 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA and talks a bit about fan criticism. To read up on all of that just head right over here! So what’s the good word?
