McTeigue’s Revelation

I dug James McTeigue directorial debut in V FOR VENDETTA and dare I say I’m looking forward to NINJA ASSASSIN (Ninjas… and Assassins!), so it’s good to hear McTeigue is geared up for another thriller!

This one is from Inferno and is called REVELATION. According to Variety, McTeigue has just been attached to direct. REVELATION is about a female journalist who is assigned to investigate a series of bizarre murders and discovers that the victims were all being treated by the head of an org that researches alien abductions.

That seems like some twisted, Area 51 stuff. My first impression is that they’re trying to tie way too much together with that plot… but I’ve got faith in McTeigue (above).

John Salvati is writing the script with Lawrence Mattis of Circle of Confusion, Dave Alpert and Inferno’s Bill Johnson all producing. Dave Engel and Inferno’s Jim Seibel are executive producing.

The beautiful Natalie Portman starred in McTeigue’s V FOR VENDETTA.
