To help celebrate the arrival of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One on digital platforms, we’re excited to share an exclusive clip from the film courtesy of Paramount Home Entertainment. In the Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One exclusive clip, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and Grace (Hayley Atwell) hope to survive a train wreck in progress. As a train car dangles on the edge of a track, Cruise and Atwell spider-climb around the swinging car, avoiding falling furniture, glassware, and debris. The clip ends with Ethan and Grace accepting their fate and embracing firmly. The scene highlights the film’s elaborate action and riveting and expressive performances from the cast. The clip hails from the Bonus Features for the film, which are available with a digital and physical purchase.

In the video, the narrator takes viewers through the actions and emotions of the harrowing scene.

“One of the great things about these sequences is the magic that the actors give you,” says the voiceover. “You’re looking at the performance and the effort. The risk, in many cases, that they’re taking to tell this story. The discipline is never to be so emotionally connected to it despite all of the efforts that went into it. You have to be able to look beyond it and say, ‘how does this affect the overall?’ One of the things we’re most grateful for is how much the actors give us so that we can bring the movie to you.”
