Ballad of G.I. Joe

As you guys already know, G.I. JOE: RISE OF THE COBRA owned the box office this weekend. The overall response was good. It was merely a case of, as long as you don’t take it too seriously and enjoy it as it is then it’s a fun experience. To me it’s one of those things I can wait to see on dvd.

Riding the wave of the hype, Funny or Die has come out with their own Joe parody music video. The video is pretty amusing with a great set of talent playing the characters: Henry Rollins, Julianne Moore, Chuck Liddell, Billy Crudup, Zach Galifianakis, Olivia Wilde, Vinnie Jones, Tony Hale, and more. The highlights for me were Galifianakis as the alcoholic Snow Job, Henry Rollins as Duke, and Olivia Wilde being silly hot as the Baroness. I like the way Sienna looks in that tight outfit, but Olivia wouldn’t have been such a bad choice. Either way, it’s too silly to pass up. Plus, I always wanted to know what the members of G.I. Joe and Cobra did for fun.
