Check out the special edition 3D glasses for The Avengers

JoBloJoBlo

Well, you already got your fix for the special edition 3D glasses for STAR WARS: THE PHANTOM MENACE. Now, comes a full line of character-themed glasses for Marvel’s THE AVENGERS. You can choose from Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, or Hulk to fulfill your superhero dreams in three dimensions.

Check ’em out below.

Not bad, really. They’re gonna cost you an extra five bucks at participating theaters, which is one fine money grab. Still, its kind of cool. I mean, nobody is being fooled here. You have a choice to wear the ones the theater gives you, of course, but if you want to snazz it up and represent your go-to guy, then shell out the green and rock it.

I’ll probably go for the Cap ones myself. In the end, they’re just a simple collectible gimmick and if they’re any better the cheap ass ones the theater supplies I’m okay with getting something a little better.  I’m kind of surprised they don’t have Hawkeye glasses, seeing as that’s part of his uniform. Interesting.

You can rock these bad boys on May 4th when Marvel’s THE AVENGERS opens up a can of whup ass in theaters.
