Help design JoBlo.com?

JoBlo.com is always upgrading its back-end programming, but also its front-end design and
"look", and to that end, we are on the look-out for a
kickass team of web designers
(or even just 1 person) who know our site well, have the
technical and creative abilities to help us out and are up for the
challenge. Most of our design updates are "small jobs",
but we can discuss the details once you are hired for your first
gig. If
you think that you’re in a position to help us out, please keep
reading and apply, if interested.

Our site receives over
100,000
visitors every day, so your work will ultimately be seen by many
people.

Position:
Web designers
(per contract basis)

What
is required of this post?

  • Ideally, we’re
looking for hip, cool or fresh web designers who can help us
better certain sections of our site (we would provide specifics,
of course), know our site pretty well, as well as web 2.0 and
    its many variables…

  • If you can do the
back-end work as well, that would be a bonus, although we
already have a pretty sound back-end system and team.
That said, if you want to take certain jobs as a whole, we
can certainly discuss that as well. Specifics on demand.

  • We are looking for a
professional group (or person) with reasonable rates and an ability to hit
timelines as agreed upon. We will work very closely with whoever
we ultimately choose for this job, but once you have the ball,
we expect you to keep to the schedules upon which we agreed at
    the outset.

How
do I apply?

If you believe
that your company can help JoBlo.com continue to grow and improve
like a mothertrucker, or
even just help us out with little design jobs here and there, please
email me directly at [email protected]

Finally, if we choose you for the job, we would ask for references
from previous companies with whom you’ve worked

Also,
if you have any questions for us, you can use that same email
address to forward those queries to us as well. Thank you.
