So, guess what? You won’t be seeing Zack Snyder’s MAN OF STEEL until 2013.
Perhaps they wanted to hold off until after the apocalypse. Superman is basically like, “Be there. Done that.”
Realistically, I’d say they just wanted to fine tune everything. Cross the t’s and dot the lower case j’s. They’ve got a good cast and other good factors going for them as well. Why just spit the movie out? I’m not surprised since the other day we were talking about Kurt Johnstad and Jonathan Nolan taking cracks at the script. This also feels like it might be a “Christopher Nolan wants to get this right” move. So if Nolan isn’t getting the feel of the film, he’s not going to let them just put it out there, especially if he’s the one supervising.
It’s better they take their time anyway. Do this right. Please don’t involve a love child. I can’t handle it. Not that I didn’t like SUPERMAN RETURNS, but you know what I’m saying.
