Simon Pegg & Nick Frost reunite in first images from Amazon’s Truth Seekers

Over the course of SHAUN OF THE DEAD, HOT FUZZ, THE WORLD’S END, and other films, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost have proven to be a incredible comedy team, and the pair will soon be reuniting once again for Truth Seekers, an upcoming paranormal spoof comedy series which will debut on Amazon Prime Video.

Nick Frost stars as Gus and Simon Pegg as Dave, Truth Seekers is about a team of part-time paranormal investigators who team up in order to uncover and film ghost sightings across the UK, sharing their adventures on an online channel for all to see. “However, as they stake out haunted churches, underground bunkers and abandoned hospitals with their array of homemade ghost-detecting gizmos, their supernatural experiences grow more frequent, more terrifying and even deadly, as they begin to uncover a conspiracy that could bring about Armageddon for the entire human race.” In addition to Frost and Pegg, Truth Seekers also stars Malcolm McDowell as Richard, Samson Kayo as Elton, Susan Wokoma as Helen, and Emma D’Arcy as Astrid. Truth Seekers doesn’t have an official release date just yet, but it should debut on Amazon Prime Video later this year.
