MY SOUL TO TAKE is a dreadful movie that no one ever needs to see. I guess it could be shown at film schools in some kind of “How Not to Write A Script” class, but other than that, there’s no value to it. Why they’re bothering to release it on Blu-ray, I’ll never know, but they are, and so we bring you the art and some early supplemental details. Maybe you can use it as a paperweight or coaster or something…
Extras will include a commentary with director Wes Craven and cast members, Max Thieriot, John Magaro and Emily Meade, deleted and extended scenes, an alternate opening, and 2 alternate endings… I can’t help but think ANY ending would be better than the one included in the theatrical cut, so should be interesting to see what the alternate ones hold…
