Cobra Kai: Season 3 gets a high-kicking new trailer

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Despite its departure from its streaming home on YouTube, Cobra Kai is very much alive and as you gear up to binge season one and two at its new home at Netflix beginning on August 28, 2020,  the platform has unveiled the first look at season three which is set to premiere exclusively on the streamer. However, don't get too excited because it's more of an overall look at the first two seasons, their planned arrival on Netflix, and a taste of what's to come.

The good thing about season three of Cobra Kai is that it was not delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic because it was shot and completed long before the pandemic became the focal point of our lives.  Cobra Kai is an American Martial-Arts drama created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg. The series is a continuation of THE KARATE KID films and takes place 34 years after the events of THE KARATE KID

Fired from his job, a dead beat father, and a heavy drinker, life has not been good to Johnny Lawrence the past 30 years. Upon rescuing an asthmatic kid from a gang of bullies, Johnny reopens the Cobra Kai karate dojo, and becomes the new sensei to outsiders and bullied children. When long time, and successful karate rival, Daniel LaRusso, discover that Cobra Kai has reopened, it reignites the feud between them.

Cobra Kai season 3 doesn't hit Netflix until 2021 but this little snippet should get fans excited to experience the first two seasons on Netflix before they jump into the new season of the popular series. Will YOU be watching season three?
