New celeb guests! Arrow in the Head Presents Lethal Ladies of Horror Fest LA!

After Arrow in the Head had the pleasure of hosting the incredible EVIL DEAD FEST earlier this year there was only one question that we had on our minds: how do we top that event? Our answer: Arrow in the Head presents LETHAL LADIES OF HORROR FILM FESTIVAL (GET YOUR TICKETS HERE), coming October 17th at the Westwood Village in Los Angeles! Presented by Regency Theatres and the SAG-AFTRA National Women’s Committee, this fantastic fest will feature three cool flicks, loads of special guests and a ton of prizes as well.

We first brought you the news of this ass-kicking event last month when we shared that we would be presenting the 1984 cult classic NIGHT OF THE COMET, the 30th Anniversary screening of John Carpenter’s 1983 revved up Stephen King adaptation of CHRISTINE and finally, the prom queen you really don’t want to mess with… Chloe Grace Moretz as CARRIE!

On top of those films we also shared that we would have some special guests in attendance including COMET’s Kelly Maroney and Catherine Mary Stewart, CARRIE's Portia Doubleday, and even the title character of CHRISTINE herself… one of the two 1958 Plymouth Fury’s still in existence used in the film! It is a night of prime examples why these cool ladies are a major force in horror. But it gets even better!

Today we have word that LETHAL LADIES OF HORROR FILM FESTIVAL has scored some more incredible guests and we're excited to share them with you below!

From NIGHT OF THE COMET, we are excited to announce that Sharon Farrell (who played the evil step-mom Doris) will be joining the fun on October 17.

From CHRISTINE, we will have stars Keith Gordon and Alexandra Paul as well as producer Richard Kobritz in attendance.

And from CARRIE, we are pleased to share the news that director Kimberly Peirce will be joining the festivities as well as joining CARRIE actress Portia Doubleday for an interview with our very own JimmyO!

Also, there will be ton of Blu-rays and posters to give away and for those of you feeling particularly nostalgic, you can play the arcade game that Ms. Stewart played in NIGHT OF THE COMET! “Tempest is in the house!” For movie lovers everywhere, this is a fan’s dream come true.
