A new poster for THOR: THE DARK WORLD has arrived and it's a pretty damn fine slice of comic book fantasy. "Assembling" the whole crew from the film, including Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Christopher Eccleston, Jaimie Alexander, Ray Stevenson, Zachary Levi, and Anthony Hopkins, the poster has a really cool '80's vibe to it, reminiscent of the old sword pics of that era. This is definitely one worth displaying.

Take a gander:

So, it looks like the marketing push for THOR: THE DARK WORLD has begun, with the new trailer set to debut on Wednesday, August 7th during You Tube's "Geek Week." After seeing the clip and trailer at Comic Con this year, I can say that my excitement level went from a low hum to a raging fire. Director Alan Taylor looks to have delivered a fine companion to the first film, but expanded everything into a much bigger, detailed, and stylized world that takes the action to a whole new level. You have cause to be excited as well, I assure you.

THOR: THE DARK WORLD hits theaters on November 8, 2013.
