It’s been well over a year since our last SOLOMON KANE update. It was last January when I showed you all a poster for the flick and today we’ve finally got another!
But before I get to the new poster you can scope out the first still from the film above. It’s not exactly action packed but it might be enough to catch your interest. After you check that out you can scroll down below to find the newest poster for the movie, which isn’t much different than the one I showed you all last year. Mr. Kane now has a hat on and it’s raining. No other real notable differences.
James Purefoy is the guy under the hat as Solomon Kane with Michael J. Bassett writing and directing. The flick follows a 16th century soldier who learns that his brutal and cruel actions have damned him but is determined to redeem himself by living peaceably. But he finds himself dragged out of retirement for a fight against evil. It also stars Pete Postlethwaite, Samuel Roukin, Alice Krige, Jason Flemyng, Patrick Hurd-Wood, Rachel Hurd-Wood (below) and Max von Sydow. SOLOMON KANE will be hitting a host of other countires later this year but no US date has been announced.
