That’s right, PERKINS’ 14 wants YOU… to design it’s one sheet! No lie. There’s a competition going on right now over at Massify’s official website. They’re looking for someone out there to design the flick’s official poster.

Think you’ve got some ‘mad phat’ photoshop ‘skillz’? Give it a shot, what’ve you got to lose? Massify supplies a mess of new stills for the flick that you can use to your disposal in designing the poster. Plus they’ve posted all the entires so far so you can check them out and rate them.

Here’s the lowdown from the site: Your design can be the official movie poster for Perkins’ 14. Use the images below to craft a shockingly original poster, including a unique title treatment. Keep in mind the MPAA’s gotta approve this, so don’t go overboard with the blood and guts. One creative design will be the official one-sheet for the movie, to be seen by movie lovers worldwide during the movie promo campaign and beyond.

So be creative folks. May I suggest blood and boobs? Well that usually sells it for me. For more info on the competition, or to submit your amazing poster, head right over here.

PERKINS’ 14 is about a man named Robert Perkins who builds an army of 14 people, brainwashed through cult-like methods to protect him from his parents’ killers. When Perkins is imprisoned, the police unwittingly unleash his followers on a small town and they’ve only got one thing on their mind: “Kill for Mr. Perkins.” It’s directed by Craig Singer with Lane Shadgett penning the script. It stars Josh Davidson, Trey Farley, Katherine Pawlak, and Heather Tocquigny (below) with a January 2009 release date as part of the third annual After Dark Horrorfest.
