Last Updated on August 2, 2021

For those of you who are seeking to either brush up on your Captain American cinema or just relive the glory days, most theaters will be screening a CAPTAIN AMERICA marathon, leading right up to CIVIL WAR. The films taking part are CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER, THE AVENGERS, CAPTAIN AMERICA: WINTER SOLDIER, AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON and finally, CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR.

Those heading to an AMC theater will receive special event lanyard, a "choose your team" medal and an exclusive pin for FREE with admission. The marathon will start on Thursday, May 5 at 7:00 AM.

It's been some time since I've pulled off an in-theater marathon, but it takes a special kind of person to be able to sit in a theater seat for the bulk of the day. That, or a special series of films. As far as I'm concerned, Captain America is one of the most tricky super heroes to pull off, and Chris Evans does that in spades. I don't know if I could handle all these films in a row, but I'll certainly be first in line to see how CIVIL WAR goes down.

CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR opens on May 6, 2016.
