Prepare for The Walking Dead marathon

If you’re behind on AMC’s undead hit series “The Walking Dead”, or you’re simply just one of the very few people who haven’t seen it yet, you officially have no more excuses! On New Year’s Eve (Tuesday, December 31) AMC’s marathon of “The Walking Dead” will start at 9am ET/PT and it will run all the way until 5am ET/PT on Thursday, January 2, 2014. So clear up some space on your DVRs and hit that record button, or if you’ve got a ridiculous amount of time on your hands find a nice, comfortable spot on your couch and enjoy being a vegetable for the next couple of days!

Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the group fostering a thriving community in the safe haven of the prison. Sadly, in this brutal world, happiness is short-lived and walkers and outside threats are no match for danger brewing inside the fences. The group?s home and new way of life will be thoroughly tested, and their struggle to survive has never been so perilous.

“The Walking Dead” is set to return for its second half of the fourth season at 9/8c on Sunday, February 9, followed by a new episode of “Talking Dead” at 10/9c. The show is based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image Comics. “The Walking Dead” stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Chandler Riggs, Scott Wilson, Melissa McBride, David Morrissey, Emily Kinney, DanaiGurira, Chad Coleman and Sonequa Martin-Green.
