Priyanka Chopra in talks to join Chris Pratt in Cowboy Ninja Viking

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Production on COWBOY NINJA VIKING is set to officially kick off before too long, and it has been reported that Priyanka Chopra (BAYWATCH) is currently in talks to join the cast of the film. Should the deal close, Chopra would play the female-lead of the film opposite Chris Pratt (JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM) and Variety added that the role was "one of the more highly coveted in town and Chopra beat out a slew of talent after a chemistry test with Pratt went extremely well."

Now, just what the hell is COWBOY NINJA VIKING all about? Well, it's based on the comic-series created by A.J. Lieberman and artist Riley Rossmo and revolves around a counter-intelligence unit of Multiple Personality Disorder patients formed by psychotherapist Dr. Sebastian Ghislain, who are transformed into agents known as Triplets. Chris Pratt is set to play Duncan, a formidable Triplet with the fighting skills and personalities of a cowboy, a ninja, and a viking who is sent to stop the other Triplets who have since gone rogue. Michelle MacLaren (Game of Thrones) is slated to direct from a script by Dan Mazeau and Ryan Engle.

COWBOY NINJA VIKING is set for a June 28, 2019 release.
