Good news for you horror fans out
there who,
like me, are locked into the cult classics of the 80’s. Anchor Bay (Or ‘The Bay’
if you’re on a more personal basis with them like my man Pat Torfe!) has told
Fangoria today about the spring release dates for some meatier DVD versions of
both
PHANTASM and
RE-ANIMATOR.
According to the article
PHANTASM will be released April 10th, while
RE-ANIMATOR will be released on March 20th, and the latter will include new
commentary tracks.
Anchor Bay has also announced the release dates for several of the new Masters
of Horror episodes from season two. PELTS will be released February 6th,
PRO-LIFE will be released March 20th, and FAMILY will be released April 17. (So
I guess their released in the opposite order in which they premiered on
television.)
