I don’t know if you give two craps about SPY KIDS: ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD, but they do have someone awesome doing a voice for the film–Ricky Gervais.
Catch here is that he’s only lending his voice. Well, that’s just as good, right? But what/who exactly is he voicing? A spy dog named Argonaut. Gervais joked about the role, “Not only am I lending my voice to Spy Kids, but they can keep it. I’m sick of it.”
The fourth installment has newcomers as well as original cast members: Jessica Alba, Jeremy Piven, Joel McHale, Antonio Banderas, Danny Trejo, Alexa Vega, and Daryl Sabara. The plot is as follows, “Alba plays a mother of two and retired spy who’s brought back into action when Piven’s ruthless villain, the Timekeeper, attempts to take over the world.”
The film was written and directed by Robert Rodriguez and will release on August 19th.
