Schwarzenegger, Hues and Nevsky are gonna pump you up in 3 More Reps book!

Bodybuilding and Movie Stars went hand in hand in the 80's. If somebody was to be a one-man-army, had to win a war solo or had to fight an alien or even be an alien, it helped to be big, tall and ripped. I'm sure that I wasn't the only 80's kid out there who had a bench and dumbbells in his bedroom, that read Muscle and Fitness or diligently studied Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding in the name of being like one of his heroes.

Well today there's a new book for the new generation of action/fitness fans to dig into. It's called 3 MORE REPS (GET IT HERE)! It's written by George Snyder and Rick Wayne and it sports interviews with Arnold Schwarzenegger (PREDATOR), Matthias Hues (I COME IN PEACE) and Alexander Nevsky (BLACK ROSE) who not only share their personal stories but also reveal some of their training secrets. Matthias Hues had to this to say about the book on his Facebook:

"Being hugely inspired by the Bodybuilding legends of the '70s and '80s training all my youth with these idols hanging on my gym wall in a train station basement which doubled as a bodybuilding studio I went on to built sizable impressive muscles myself and consequently entered the film world of Hollywood and found myself side by side with the greats working out in Venice at the famous gold gym sharing not only the screen but life and the sport together. The finally new edited book of 3 More Reps showcases the golden age of Bodybuilding, and it's superstars. It is more than a training book. It is a collector coffee table edition, printed in a large 8.5 by 11 inches format. It is impressive and you may want to showcase it on your coffee table or in your gym on display for others to see as well. "

So there ya have it! You're into Fitness? Love your Action stars? Look no further. I'll be getting this one!
