Truth be told I haven’t been following along with Michael Bay’s TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON. At all. For some reason the thing just doesn’t get me excited. Neither did the other two TRANSFORMER flicks. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll probably check this thing out in theaters (after tapping a bowl of course) and I’m sure I’ll be entertained, but TRANSFORMERS 3 just isn’t the type of flick I try to stay informed about.
But alas you guys might be different so here I am today giving you all a look at not one, not two.. but three new character banners from the flick! But that’s not all! We’ve also got a simple, yet effective, one-sheet to gawk at. You guys can thank me later. The Autobots Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe led by Optimus Prime, are back in action, taking on the evil Decepticons, who are determined to avenge their defeat in 2009’s ‘Transformers Revenge of the Fallen’. In this new movie, the Autobots and Decepticons become involved in a perilous space race between the U.S. and Russia, and once again human Sam Witwicky has to come to the aid of his robot friends. There’s new characters too, including a new villain in the form of Shockwave, a longtime ‘Transformers’ character who rules Cybertron while the Autobots and Decepticons battle it out on Earth.
Starring Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (below), Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Malkovich, John Turturro, Patrick Dempsey and Frances McDormand, TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON is due to smash into theaters everywere on July 1st!
