Something’s hunting John Krasinski & Emily Blunt in teaser for A Quiet Place

"If they can't hear you, they can't hunt you." So promises the tagline for John Krasinski's upcoming A QUIET PLACE, a supernatural thriller which finds a family living a quiet, and I do mean quiet, existence on a farm in fear of…something. It's not entirely clear what manner of unseen evil is stalking the family, but the lengths which they go to in order to keep absolute quiet obviously implies that it's quite serious.

Starring John Krasinski, who also directed the film, and Emily Blunt, the surprisingly effective first teaser trailer for A QUIET PLACE has immediately guaranteed that the film will have my full attention next year, although if I'm being honest, I'll likely be slouched down in my seat with my hands preemptively placed over my hears the entire time. What can I say, I'm a chicken.

A QUIET PLACE is set for a April 6, 2018 release.
