The campy B horror movies continue! I’ve got news on yet another less known flick hitting shelves soon. This one is THE COTTAGE. THE COTTAGE is a relentless dark comedy with an extreme twist. Set in a remote part of the countryside, a bungled kidnapping turns into a living nightmare for our four central characters when they cross paths with a psychopathic farmer and all hell breaks loose.
This one comes all the way from England and is directed by Paul Andrew Williams. News coming in today for the flick from Bloody-Disgusting is that it’s just been picked up by Sony Screen Gems. No telling yet when it will be released though. THE COTTAGE stars Reece Shearsmith, Andy Serkis, Jennifer Ellison (below), Steve O’Donnell, and Doug Bradley. We all know Doug Bradley as Pinhead from the HELLRAISER franchise. And Andy Serkis is the crazy bastard behind Gollum. Plus… Jennifer Ellison.. just.. wow. Don’t believe me? Look below.
