Sophie Turner Would Kill to be in Future X-Men Movies

I still have yet to catch last summer's bummer that was X-MEN: DARK PHOENIX, despite being home a lot more often than usual lately. Even if the flick didn't exactly click, Sophie Turner still did a noble job with the young Jean Grey character. Apparently, the GAME OF THRONES actress relished the role as well and when recently asked about returning to it, had this to say (and, please, do try to invoke Ms. Turner's lovely British accent in your head whilst reading her quote):

"I don't know what the deal is whether Disney wants to continue on the X-MEN journey… we had, just, the best time on those movies. I would kill to go back."

I think it's a fair bet to say that Disney is in no way continuing with what we last saw of the X-peeps on the big screen, but I suppose stranger things have happened? Maybe they will mess with the timeline all over again and have the FIRST CLASS run into new, younger versions of themselves? I just don't know. How do you feel the X-MEN franchise should continue?
