A few years back, writer-director Damien Leone made a horror anthology called ALL HALLOW'S EVE. The film featured a character called "Art the Clown" and the super creepy killer clown has since become a name all of itself. So much so that Art has received his own spin-off called TERRIFIER.

Synopsis:
