So this is cool! Apparently the official Twitter account of Dawn of the Disks has gotten the scoop that Univeral wants to release a 4k Ultra HD release of THE ALFRED HITCHCOCK CLASSIC COLLECTION, which would include his four films PSYCHO, REAR WINDOW, VERTIGO, and THE BIRDS. Here's the tweet:

Also, an uncut version of PSYCHO? That sounds pretty cool! (Though, knowing that Hitchcock purposely filmed/edited the violent scenes in a very specific way, I doubt there'll be much added blood/gore – if any).
Meanwhile, no official release date as of yet (and even the box art seems to be a placeholder), but we'll keep you updated!
