I'm sure most of you have seen at least one ALS ice bucket challenge video since the activity started a couple of months ago, and we've decided to bring you a round-up of some the best ones we've seen so far. Besides helping raise public awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, the videos of most the challenges (especially the celebrity ones) have been pretty funny.
Cynics have bitched about how some would rather dump ice water over their heads instead of donating money and it's a waste of water, but the ALS Association and the ALS Therapy Development Institute have both seen a significant increase in donations and new donors since the challenge began, and it's obviously for a good cause. Enjoy, and don't forget to donate!
