It seemed like we'd never actually get an Ezra Miller solo-Flash movie, but after years and years of production hurdles, DCEU's The Flash finally kicked off production today! This was announced via director Andy Muschietti's Instagram account and also via Twitter. Check out the full reveal below:

The film is expected to feature not only Ezra Miller as The Flash, along with Kiersey Clemons as Iris West and the newly announced Sasha Calle as Supergirl, but also not one but two Batman's – with Ben Affleck reprising his role as the Caped Crusader, as well as Michael Keaton, in his first time under the cowl since 1992's Batman Returns. However, in recent weeks Keaton seemed to suggest his return wasn't quite a done deal. Whatever the case, The Flash is set for a November 4th, 2022 release. Fingers crossed it lives up to fan expectations.

What do you think? Will the Ezra Miller/Andy Muschietti version of The Flash be the definitive take on the character?
