I suggest you try it.” Perhaps Jeremy Allen White could have used the Austin Powers villain as a co-star while filming A24‘s The Iron Claw, as it might have made him feel better about an extreme body hair-shaving session he participated in for the highly-anticipated sports drama. Speaking with Variety about the upcoming film, White recalled shaving every inch of his body alongside co-stars Zac Efron and Harris Dickinson. “Our bodies had to be completely shaved,” White said. “We were strangers at the time. Now I know them and love them, but at the time, it was like, ‘Hi, nice to meet you and yes, they’re shaving off all of our body hair.'”

Concerning standing tall alongside his co-stars, White, who packed on nearly 25 pounds for the film, says he did his best to avoid standing next to Efron, whose physique. is jaw-dropping in the upcoming drama. “I joke about it but it’s true — I didn’t want to stand close to him while shooting the movie because it would make me look my size,” White said. “But it’s hard because we play brothers. I do have to be around him. Although I tried to make Harris stand next to him most of the time.”
I can recall Efron’s Baywatch body and can’t begin to imagine what he’ll look like for The Iron Claw. Promotional images from the film are fine, but seeing Efron in action on the silver screen is bound to be intimidating. One thing’s for sure, actor or no, I would not want to trade blows with Efron, White, or Dickinson after the trio busted their asses to film The Iron Claw. I like my face exactly where it is, thank you very much.
