Update:

Shortly after information about the IT Experience: Chapter Two experience was announced, eager fans of Andy Muschietti's re-imagining of Stephen King's classic horror classic jumped at the chance to secure tickets. In fact, people were so jazzed about being terrorized by Pennywise at the  Derry Canals Days Festival that the first wave of tickets sold out in 30 minutes. If you're looking to attend the elaborate event, I'd keep your eyes peeled for when a second round of tickets will be unleashed.

Original Article:

It won't be long now before Pennywise the Dancing Clown returns from his 27-year slumber to seek his revenge on the Losers Club, a band of youngsters who banished the shape-shifting fear demon to the depths of Derry, Maine in Andy Muschietti's IT.

Yesterday, it was announced that IT will be floating back into theaters for a special event, which includes an eight-minute preview of IT: CHAPTER TWO. If that's not enough to make you feel like you're floating on air, I've got some news that is bound to make you want to pop, pop, pop over to Los Angeles for one hell of a pre-release party.

Introducing the IT Experience: Chapter Two, courtesy of the Derry Canals Days Festival. Set to take place August 15 to September 8 in Los Angeles, this three-week long celebration will provide visitors with a chance to become a part of the Losers Club while playing a series of carnival games, solving a haunted mirror maze, surviving a fun house filled with clowns, as well as exploring the Derry Underground Sewers.

You can sign up for updates related to the IT Experience: Chapter Two by floating on over to theitexperiencechaptertwo.com. The experience itself will last a total of 40 minutes, and will subject its victims to 10 immersive and interactive spaces. The best part? Admission to this once in a lifetime carnival of chaos is FREE! It's all happening at the corner of Hollywood and Vine in Los Angeles.

As helmed by director Andy Muschietti, the final chapter of Stephen King's classic horror masterpiece has Bill Skarsgård's Pennywise once again emerging from the darkness, with the members of The Losers Club gathering to fulfill their oaths by returning to Derry to put an end to the shape-shifting demon once and for all.

Starring as the adult members of The Losers Club are actors James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, Isaiah Mustafa, Jay Ryan, James Ransone, and Andy Bean. Meanwhile, Jaeden Lieberher, Wyatt Oleff, Sophia Lillis, Finn Wolfhard, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Chosen Jacobs, and Jack Dylan Grazer are all set to reprise their roles as the Losers Club kids during the sequel's flashback sequences.

IT: CHAPTER TWO will float into theaters beginning on September 6.
