Tina Fey and Amy Poehler spoof The Force Awakens with new Sisters promo

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's upcoming comedy SISTERS has the misfortune of sharing its release date with a little film by the name of STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS; perhaps you've heard of it. However, the comedic duo are not to be deterred from promoting their new film and to that end, they've released a rather humorous spoof of the STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS behind-the-scenes video which screened at San Diego Comic-Con this summer.

Check it out!

A synopsis of SISTERS:

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler reunite for Sisters, a new film from Pitch Perfect director Jason Moore about two disconnected sisters summoned home to clean out their childhood bedroom before their parents sell the family house. Looking to recapture their glory days, they throw one final high-school-style party for their classmates, which turns into the cathartic rager that a bunch of ground-down adults really need.

SISTERS will hit theaters on December 18, 2015 and like Tina Fey says, you can see both!
