As David Gordon Green's HALLOWEEN broke records this year, marking an explosive return for the forty year old franchise, we cast our minds back to the original sequel to John Carpenter's 1978 classic, HALLOWEEN. While the 2018 version acts as a follow up to the '78 film, ignoring the many sequels, in 1981, HALLOWEEN II hit theaters, picking up directly after the end of HALLOWEEN.
The sequel was a commercial success but didn't garner any of the critical praise that was lavished upon the first film, so as we look to HALLOWEEN II in Top 5 Movie Mistakes, will this lesser follow up prove to hold even worse mistakes than HALLOWEEN?
